i loved this film as a kid and i actully love it more after these reactions. i knew he was lonely, but i didn't realise how lonely and how much he was picked on. even though he has the power to do incredible things no one else can, they hold the power. countless times through history even him protecting mary. i wish a second film was done. infact, it's still possible to do one now really?

Truth be told Gloria would have never gotten on Jeopardy had it not been for Sydney talking to his homie and Billy could have missed that long shot but made it. But at the same time she had her points as well because Billy is bad with money and Gloria figured out he got hustled in the beginning. Then lost the money again on a dumb move betting he could dunk. If they had just told her about the burglary she probably would have understood why they had to play Duck and King at the end but after the last two Ls Billy took she couldn't trust him and left.

I still think, being British, that the Harry Potter franchise did shoot itself in the foot not wanting to consider American actors, because this movie single-handedly convinced me that Christopher Lloyd should have been Dumbledore. That, and when I heard that Robin Williams wanted to play Hagrid, I was so mad that he wasn't even replied to when he inquired.
